Well that made for rather tense viewing. We decided to watch it with our good friends Joe and Brinnie – we felt it might help to have a bit of perspective at our side but also so we didn’t end up killing each other as a result of things that had been said. Most of the interviews were separate so i dont know to this day what Rob has said about me and vice versa.
If you read yday’s post you’ll know what I was expecting. I think it’s safe to say that I got 4/4. I don’t know if that is a good or bad thing bearing in mind that it’s so far from the truth now.
Rob: “i work 12-14 hours a day”. Bullshit.
But the highlight of episode one for us had to be Rob’s comment about how things are bound to change once we’re married and when quizzed on what, it transpired the only thing we was worried about was getting less sex. Right. As in ‘ok’, not as in yes that’s correct. Although it is 😉
I have to say I was very impressed with the way they covered the wedding seeing as they couldn’t actually use any of the footage. And that also meant that they couldn’t cover the reception etc so we had a lot less air time than the other couples this week (thank god).
We have so far only be introduced to 2 of the other couples. One of whom are the sweetest couple ever – they seem sooooooo nice. The other couple are from Manchester.
I take it back, the highlight from ep 1 was the fact that Xcite Digital was one of our sections so there was a good 4/5mins of Xcite Digital logos all over the screen. GET IN! That’s why we did it after all. Who needs to pay thousands of pounds for an ad in the middle of a prime-time TV show when you can advertise DURING it?
Regardless of the rest of the series ladies and gentleman, I do believe, that’s MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!
